Personal Application:
Before you download and complete the form below please make sure that you have not got any judgments against your name or are not listed on ITC or any other bad credit register. Also note that you require all of the following documentation to complete a Personal Application:
- A certified copy of your South African Identity Book (ID Book)
- A certified copy of your valid South African Drivers Licence
- Your latest payslip, a letter from an accountant or 3 months bank statements
- Proof of Residence (e.g. utility account or Telkom account or any other account that arrives at your physical address)
Alternatively, should you live on someone else's property you should obtain a letter from them explaining that you live there and a certified copy of the Landlord's ID Book and an account that arrives at the physical address.
Please Note: That the date on this Proof of Residence may not be older than 2 months. - Comprehensive insurance confirmation in writing with you reflected as owner and insured person. This confirmation must also note the interest of the financial institution that is financing your purchase.
- If married in Community of Property and your spouse's surname differs from yours on your ID Book please include a copy of your marriage certificate.
